I do my best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving payment; in the unlikely event of a delay, I always keep my customers informed. For custom orders, convo me for an idea of time frame.
I use mostly clean recycled boxes and some new shipping/packing materials. If you'd prefer all new shipping materials instead, let me know.
I ship to the address you indicate while checking out here at Etsy. Buyers, please remember to keep your PayPal shipping info up to date!

Photos and Colors: I do my best to portray colors accurately in my listings' photographs. Please keep in mind that some computer monitors may display colors differently. Feel free to send me a convo if you have a question about an item's color.
Please note that I live and work in a pet-friendly environment- I have four cats. I don't allow them access to the items I have for sale, but if an item from a pet-friendly environment might bother you, please keep that in mind. However, my items are all created and stored in a strictly smoke-free environment.
