This item looks like it came from a dime store gumball machine. I should have returned it immediately. Instead, I waited and gave it to my daughter for Christmas and let her decide. She also didn't care for the necklace. The provider will not budge on her "three days to return item" policy even though it was a Christmas gift. DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!! Junky jewelry and bad customer service.

Customer contacted me on Jan. 2nd stating 'I bought a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. She got a similar one from another family member. Can we return your necklace for a refund?' Customer purchased her item on November 11th and received on November 16th. My polices state she would have needed to contact me within three days of receipt of item and had it back to me within seven. As we are now into January 2017 the eligible time has now passed. She contacted me again asking that I reconsider. I told her again that I could not based on my previous answer. Her last response was "That is pretty lousy customer service. I will never purchase from you again and will be sure to tell others."

I have to wear my work access card all day at work. I love my new beautiful silver necklace that makes a plastic card actually look stylish and fun. Now I don't mind wearing it every day. Thank you so much!

My mother loves her (late) birthday gift. I couldn't decide in time what I wanted, saw this later, and decided to get it. Best clutch decision ever!
