This page outlines my shop policies, please convo me if you have any questions.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted in the case of faulty goods only. Item should be returned within 7 days of being received and the buyer must pay shipping. A refund for the item cost will be sent via Paypal.
Please pay within 3 days of your purchase using PayPal.
I aim to ship within 3 working days of your purchase unless it's a custom order. Please let me know if you need the item shipped quicker. Custom orders (this includes all wedding stationery) will 2 weeks after your order.

I ship internationally by airmail from the UK. Delivery to the US is normally five days from the UK according to the Royal Mail website. If you require a faster delivery please contact me before paying so I can issue a new invoice.

Domestic shipping is via 1st class mail.

If you require tracking or insurance on your package please advise me before paying so I can issue a new invoice.

If tracking or insurance is not purchased I can take no responsibility for packages lost in transit. I will obtain proof of posting for all packages sent.

When shipping outside of the UK, your order may be liable to customs/tax charges. These are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: I aim to use recycled packaging where possible and am always investigating new eco-friendly materials and packaging. If you'd prefer new packaging or your purchase is for a gift please let me know.
