Hi! Thanks for shopping with me. I hope you enjoy the hand dyed articles you purchased. If you have any questions, or need to place a custom order, don't hesitatie to convo.
I am happy to accept paypal and credit cards. If you would like to use another form of payment, please send me a convo.
United States: Shipping prices are for US Postal Service first Class with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email from paypal with a tracking number. Orders that weigh more than 13 ounces are shipped priority mail.
International orders will be shipped first class International Mail-there is no tracking available for this. If you need tracking or a alternate method-I will invoice you for the additional charges.
My batiks come wrapped in tissue. There will also be one of my business cards as well as a note on care/washing info. Since invoices are on the computer, I don't send another one. Just ask if you need one-via notes to seller.
I will ship to your Paypal address unless notified ASAP that it needs to go elsewhere.
There are always expedited services, insurance or alternate shipping methods for addional fees. Please contact me BEFORE paying, so I can adjust the invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
YOur satisrfaction is important to me. If there is a defect in the product , or if it arrives damaged, I will exchange or refund your purchase. Please NOTE!!!Batiks are hand made, dyed products. Dye and wax irregularities are NOT considered defects. They are what makes each piece unique and are inherent to individually handcrafted products.
If you do need to return or exchange an item for reasons other than damage or flaws, contact me within 3 days of reciept. Tracking info from usps.com will verify the day of reciept.
Refunds are issued via Paypal-MINUS shipping costs. For this to happen, I must receive the product in the exact same shape you recieved it. Refunds will be issued only if pieces are delivered to me within 60 days from date of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking, insurance etc...
Cash refunds are NOT AVAILABLE for custom orders. In shop credit or an exchange can be issued if you are not satisfied with a custom order.
