They made sure the product details were just the way I wanted them. They also rushed my order so that it would arrive in time for Christmas all the way out in Hawaii! The Pink Cow Mootique was born after the most precious twin girls were born in February 2011. After making many things for these girls, Jeanne and Kari decided to go into business making 'udderly unique gifts'.
Our focus has changed over the years! We will make gifts for a wide range of things from bows, to baby items, to Christmas stockings!

Hi! My name is Kari and I am the mother to the most amazing almost two (!) year old twin girls! I love crafting, learning new things (sewing!), grocery shoping (weird, I know!), organizing, photography, softball and most importantly, serving God.

Our goal is to make you completely happy, and for your daughter to LOVE her bow! :)
If you are unhappy with an item, please convo me immediately and we can work together towards a resolution!
PCM is not responsible for shipping damage. All items are shipped securely in boxes that are made to withstand some weight, but I cannot control how they are treated. Luckily, bows are great at 'bouncing back' so you an re-fluff your bow once you receive it. Bows often need re-fluffing once they are worn heavily by children! If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, there will be an EXTRA charge, so please convo me prior to purchasing.

Custom orders could take a few more days, depending on ribbon availability. If we have to order more ribbon, production time would be longer!
Additional policies and FAQs
All ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent fraying, therefore should look like new for years to come! If you receive a bow that you do not feel meets these standards, please convo me!
