My name is Carrie Boucher and I am a Chicago-based metalsmith. My work is about experimenting and making discoveries using materials and processes considered unconventional in traditional jewelry making. My techniques and materials may be untraditional, but I tap into my formal metalsmithing training to pull it all together and make solid, high-quality pieces.

I put much care and time into the planning and fabrication of each piece and each comes with a lifetime guarantee as a testament to the quality of my work.

I stand behind the workmanship of all Pink Crow Studio work and will repair pieces as necessary for as long as you own them (but I also hope that you will take very good care of them).

If you order a piece and it doesn't quite work out for you, just let me know within 14 days of your receiving it and we will work out the refund/exchange details. In the end I want you to be thrilled, and I will do what I can to make that happen.

I really want anyone who wants to have one of my pieces to be able to get one, but also understand that the prices that I have to charge for pieces can be in the high range for some people. With that in mind I am happy to offer layaway plans on all of my work. If you are interested in this option please convo me for details...I'm happy to discuss options.

Here are the payment options for Pink Crow Studio:

1. PayPal:
Item ships immediately upon full payment (follow the PayPal link at checkout)

2. Money Order*/Cashier's Check*:
Item ships immediately upon receipt of full payment in the form of money order/cashier's check.

3. Personal Check* made out to "Carolyn Boucher":
Item ships upon funds (in full amount of purchased piece) clearing the bank.

*If paying by Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check: During checkout, see the "Message from Seller" to find the address to which payment should be mailed. If you have any questions please contact me.

No matter how you choose to pay I do everything within my power to keep you updated on the status of your order. I generally ship orders out within 24 hours of receipt of full payment, or the following business day if the order is received over the weekend.

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS expedited shipping with insurance and tracking.
