Shop policies

We have store policies for both the general welfare and financial safety of myself (the seller) and you (the buyer). We have set our policies to be as fair as possible, if you have a problem with a policy or feel you need an exception, please contact me and we may be able to work something out.

Returns and exchanges
I will only offer refunds on items I haven't shipped yet.
I will offer exchanges on items that arrive damaged or if damage is caused within 1-2 uses of item. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving an item to report any default. I will fairly determine if the product is damaged due to my own fault or yours. I will not offer an exchange if damage is due to your personal fault.
==Methods Accepted==
I accept Paypal, money order, and personal check. I have strict policies personal checks.
-If you send a "bad check" (non sufficient funds) you will be billed $5 for each $10 amount of the check.
-Example A: If you write a check for $16.04 and it comes up non-sufficient, you'll be billed $5.
-Example B: If you write a check for $32.08 and it comes up non-sufficient, you'll be billed $15 and so on for other amounts.
Please avoid being billed for extra fees by only sending checks written from an account WITH money in it!

If paying through Paypal, payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.
If paying through money order/ personal check, I must receive payment within 10 days of purchase for domestic mailing and 15 days for international mailing. Remember when sending you should allow 3-4 business days for snail-mail payment to reach me if you are in the United States and about 7 if you are shipping from another country.
Payment must always be received within 10-15 days unless you contact me first with a (GOOD) reason on why it hasn't been paid.

==Sales Tax==
I am licensed to charge MN Sales tax on all sales. MN tax is 6.875% and has already been applied to all prices.
I will be using the USPS to ship. Please allow at least 2 weekdays between payment clearance and the date I ship, however most purchases will ship within 24 hours of the time the order was received and paid for.
I use USPS Priority mail for my feeding sets and large orders. Priority mail means you will receive it within 2-3 days in the USA or 3-6 Internationally. These are my time quotes, not USPS quotes, meaning it may take a bit longer, but I've always had good luck with quick shipments.

==Gift Wrapping==
Since everything in my shop is perfect for gift giving, I will offer gift wrapping with my choice of tissue paper, embellishments and a gift card for $1 per gift. Let me know if you'd like gift wrap and for which items (if it's a multi-item purchase) in the message to seller when you check out and I will send a revised paypal invoice with the added amount(s).

==Gift Sending==
I will also be willing to send your gift directly to the person the gift is for (for free). You may want to consider purchasing gift wrapping on the gift so that it's more appealing when it arrives. Let me know in the message to seller or convo me before purchase to let me know who to ship it to if not yourself. I have the same refund/exchange policies on all gift shipments.

I will offer consignment in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin only to real businesses. I may consider consigning in other states from time to time. I usually only consign on a 20% commission (meaning you get 20% of the sale price and I receive 80% of the sale price, not including tax). These percents are negotiable depending on location of consignment shop.
