Accepted payment methods
*Items must be paid for within 1 day of purchase.
* A tax rate of 9.750 % will be applied to all items shipped to California.
*Once an item has been purchased we can not accept cancellations.
*Tracking information if applicable will be sent via paypal once payment is sent and item shipped.
*Shipping method can be upgraded at additional cost to buyer with additional insurance etc.
*All items are shipped out on Fridays or Saturdays.
*Unfortunately I am unable to mark as gifts or de-value international packages for customs. I am not responsible for any additional customs fee's occurred by purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
* All items are well packed for shipping to avoid any damages. I cannot not responsible for items damaged by the post office unless additional insurance has been purchased.
* If (and this should never be the case!) an item arrives as defective please contact me within 3 days of arrival for resolution.
* I cannot be held responsible for damages or losses maintained after purchase and wear of the items
Additional policies and FAQs
Q- How should I clean my dress/skirt?
A- All garments should be cared for by hand washing in luke warm water with mild detergent and hanging dry, or by dry cleaning only.
Q- How should I clean my plush bag/canvas bag?
A- Hand wash only is always the best option. However you may also wash in cold water in a delicate cycle in a delicate safe bag with mild detergent and hang dry. However hand washing is the safest method.
Q- Do you offer wholesale?
A- We would be happy to consider whole selling our products. Please send us a message with regards to wholesale interest and quantity.
Q- Why are your skirt quantities so limited?
A- All skirts are hand made in the USA and each one takes time and care to craft.
Q- Do you take custom orders?
A- At this time we do not take custom orders for our products but this may change in the future. However, if you do have a special commission in mind for something we do not carry in the store, or a special occasion product, we are always happy to consider taking the project on.
Q- How will my items be packaged?
A- Always in new high quality packaging materials, either boxes or packaging envelopes that are well labeled.
