*Current turnaround time is 10-14 business days for baby sets, as all of my items are handmade to order. Please allow additional time for shipping. I do take rush orders, with the proper rush fee paid.

It will likely take 48+ hours to respond to any messages /convos sent, M-F, excluding weekends and holidays. The information regarding most questions can be found within the description of each listing, the FAQs, or shop policies. PLEASE understand that as a small business, with limited resources, I utilize most of my time producing a high quality, handmade product, rather than answering hundreds of messages per day. I am also unable to respond to questions that are posted in the "note to seller" section upon purchase. It is assumed, per ETSY policies, that prior to purchasing, you have read through listing descriptions, shipping times, policies, etc. If your question is not answered within the listing, shop policies, or FAQ's section, feel free to convo.

** REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS**
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS. After your order is placed, planning and work has begun, and Etsy has already charged my shop the fees. REFUNDS/RETURNS are ONLY accepted if a mistake was made on our end. (ie.. wrong item sent, etc)

Care instructions

Most of our clothing items are washer/dryer safe, unless noted in the listing. Fabrics are pre-washed, bodysuits are not. For longevity of the fabrics, and color preservation, it is best to wash gentle on cold and lay flat, or hang to dry.

*Do not iron over any vinyl or printed images directly. Use wax paper or a Teflon sheet in between the image and the iron.

When will my item ship?

Please see the description on the item listing for my current turn around time, as it varies for different products.

*Turnaround time refers to the number of business days after ordering that your item will be completed.

I ship First Class with USPS. Shipping time within the US is typically 2-5 days, and depends on the post office/location/weather/etc. Please understand that I have no control over orders once they are in the hands of the post office, but will be happy to help you if have any trouble regarding the delivery of your order.

*Should you need your item made sooner than the time listed,I offer a rush order option for $12, this will bump your order to the top of my list, and your item will be shipped within 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS

Gift wrapping and packaging

We would be happy to provide a gift note with your order, just leave a note in the "note to seller" section at checkout to request one.

Invoice copies are not included in any of my packages.

Wholesale availability

I do not offer wholesale at this time, thank you.

Additional Policies

Pink Pineapple Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered mail. Once an order is shipped you will be provided with a USPS tracking number that you can use to reference shipping status.

If your tracking info shows that it's been accepted by the USPS and you have not received your items, you must contact the USPS with provided tracking information to help resolve the issue or file a claim.
