I am in the fashion industry and have collected vintage for 15 years
Payment is due within 24 hours of your purchase date. If payment is not received within 24 hours the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL
I ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING -
I ship via USPS. Complimentary delivery confirmation included. If you would lik insurance I will add it to your shipping cost.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE -
Shipping rates vary. Convo me for a quote.
COMBINE SHIPPING -
I will be happy to combine shipping for items within the U.S. and Canada for $2 each additional items.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Shipping insurance is highly suggested. Insurance rates start at only $1.70 for packages sent within the U.S.
For packages sent outside the U.S. insurance is available and included in the cost of shipping only in packages sent Priority Mail International (flat rate envelopes not included).
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES -
If a package is unclaimed by the buyer or returned to us because of an incorrect address due to a mistake by the buyer the buyer must re-pay the shipping and handling fees so that the items can be re-packaged and shipped again.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please keep in mind, all of my items are 100% authentic vintage. This means they are not new and may show natural signs of wear and age. I do my very best to make note of any and all flaws in the item description but there may be something tiny that we overlook.
All sale items are final
We will not accept returns for minor imperfections, items that do not fit or color differences. Please double check the measurements that are taken flat. All approximate "fits" like sizes are a rough estimate only. Tag sizes of vintage often differ from modern day sizes.
Returns will only be accepted if an item has been grossly misrepresented. We must convo before item is returned. Returned items must be received within 5 days via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are vintage and may have a bit of a 'vintage' smell so I always suggest the buyer to dry clean their purchases before wearing.
