Payment accepted is PayPal and all major credit cards.

We are obligated to collect sales tax from NY State customers on the item itself as well as on shipping and handling.
Due to customs regulations we ship live plants only within the US.

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please check item description for further information.

Items can be shipped via 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail, 2-5 Day USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Express Mail.

Please note that processing times are estimates only, not guarantees. If you need an item delivered on a specific date, contact us first.

Ship times are provided by USPS and Pink Serissa cannot take responsibility for late deliveries.

Tracking is provided for all orders.

You can track your order or check the status of your order by going to -Your Account- Purchases and Reviews.

Orders are shipped to the address listed on Etsy checkout. If your address has changed or if you want the item shipped to a person other than yourself, please change the ship to address accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders can be canceled until actual shipment.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, once shipped, all orders are final, no returns/exchanges etc.; however, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you out!

Please inspect your item upon arrival and report damage asap, but no later than one week upon delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your message.

Frequently asked questions

For how long can Marimo stay out of water and in the shipping box?

Marimo can stay out of water and in the shipping box for at least two weeks. They will probably be fine for up to three weeks. After that they will need water and light.

For how long can air plants stay in the shipping box?

Air plants should be removed from the shipping box as soon as possible even if you don't intend to set up the terrarium right away. Just provide light and soak in water once a week.
