Returns and exchange details
I accept returns. Please let me know within 3 days after delivery if you wish to return an item. Please ship items back within 7 days after delivery. The postage for return shipping will be paid by the buyer. I will issue a refund minus shipping costs as soon as item is received in original condition.
Please inspect your item upon arrival and report damage asap, but no later than 3 days upon delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your message for a full refund.

Frequently asked questions
For how long can Marimo stay out of water and in the shipping box?
Marimo can stay out of water and in the shipping box for at least two weeks. They will probably be fine for up to three weeks. After that they will need water and light.
For how long can air plants stay in the shipping box?
Air plants should be removed from the shipping box no later than one week after delivery, even if you don't intend to set up the terrarium right away. Just provide light and soak in water once a week.
