Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed. If there are any problems with payment please contact me via Etsy.
I will dispatch your purchase on clearance of payment. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the delivery address held is correct so if paying via Paypal can you please ensure that your Etsy shipping address matches your PayPal billing address. All items will be sent to the Address listed with Etsy on your order.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on the PayPal Transaction Details Page. Before placing an order, be sure your PayPal shipping address is up-to-date and is actually where you want the item to be shipped.
If the shipping address on the PayPal Transaction Details Page is different from the shipping address specified in your Etsy account, the item will not be shipped. You will be asked via email and/or convo to cancel the order, make the correction and reorder.
All orders, wherever possible, will usually be despatched within 3-5 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment - it can often be the day after receipt of payment. Please note we are unable to ship on Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur we will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible. PLEASE NOTE I AM BASED IN THE UK AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE.
Shipping outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 6 weeks though it should be noted that this is not the norm - it can be incredibly quick - 2-3 days to the rest of Europe and 3-7 days to arrive into the US/Australia/New Zealand etc. Please note that for overseas shipping we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit once packages have been passed to the Royal Mail as insurance is not available on standard shipping. UK orders will be sent standard first class, overseas orders standard airmail.
If tracking on an order is required please ask to have this added as this will incur extra shipping charges.
Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control. Payment of such amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.
Postal address - orders will be sent to the address specified on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you message us to confirm the correct and full postal address. We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in addresses Etsy to PayPal delivery address. Please note that your delivery ie PayPal address really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please contact me
If requesting to send to another address than the original address specified on your Etsy order, the order may be cancelled and refunded and requested to repurchase with correct address to ensure buyer and seller protection.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that if a refund or exchange is agreed upon then (with the exception of faulty or damaged items) the customer is responsible for all postage costs.
Under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014, you now have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and to return the item or provide proof that you have returned the item.
Please note, you will receive a full refund of the original item and also the postage but you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. This complies with the Distance Selling Regulations and they also stipulate that all items must be returned in saleable condition. If they have been used or damaged then a deduction can be made from your refund.
Under the new regulations I have to offer a cancellation form for customers use - it is optional but regulations stipulate I have to have one available.

Please note that the above Returns policy is not applicable to anyrequested custom made items. That is items made to your own custom specifications of any size and design.
