I make all the items in my shop myself - if you see something you like that isn't quite the right size or colour I'm quite happy to change it for you wherever possible, or if you have a general question, or require a custom item, please just ask!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please note that I cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings - I'm sure you will understand why !

If your item does not arrive within a reasonable timescale, or you are not happy with it in any way, please contact me as soon as you can so that we can discuss how to proceed. I will always to my best to keep my customers happy!
Payment
If you ordered an item by mistake and do not wish to proceed with payment, please contact me so that we can cancel the transaction - this has no adverse effects on either party!
Shipping
I don't ship on Wednesdays or at the weekend, but apart from that I ship all items as soon as I possibly can - this is almost always the day after I receive payment, and sometimes the same day :) (apart from custom made items, which will obviously take a little longer)

In the UK I ship by First Class post, and overseas I ship by regular airmail. If you are in the United States, shipping from the UK takes from 5 to 7 working days (according to the Royal Mail website).

If you need a special shipping service such as Recorded Delivery, International Signed For etc., please contact me BEFORE you make a payment. i.e. you can still commit to buy the item, but instead of proceeding to payment, convo me or email me at pinkwaterfairy @ gmail.com (without the spaces) to tell me which postal service you require. I will simply add the extra cost of the service on to my regular shipping cost and send you a revised invoice via Paypal.

** Please bear in mind that I am in the UK and am therefore 5 hours ahead of 'Etsy' time - at 9pm Etsy time, I am tucked up in bed! **

Ring Sizes: I use a UK ring sizer and a conversion chart here to determine equivalent US sizes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size

Q: How long will my package take to arrive overseas from the UK?
A: I ship overseas using the Royal Mail's normal airmail service. According to their website, delivery is "Usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting."

Q: How do I leave feedback?
A: There is a help guide here http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_feedback.php
Leaving feedback is optional, as a seller, I leave feedback for my customers once the transaction is complete, i.e. when I know that they have received their item and that they are happy with it.

Q: What is a 'reasonable timescale' before I consider that my item may be 'lost'?
A: According to the Royal Mail website, they don't consider an item as 'lost' until 3 working weeks have elapsed from the day after it was shippped.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
