Missing Delivered Packages

The shop can not be responsible for any packages that are marked "Delivered". Tracking upgrade is encouraged to allow customers to follow up with USPS for any package problems.

Unfortunately due to an increase of unethical practices being promoted on social media we can not provide assistance to customers who may have had their packages stolen, problems with USPS, etc.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

If the package has yet to be shipped ands an address needs to be update the order may need to be canceled and reordered with the corrected address.

If the package has been shipped out and returned to the seller, the customer will need to cover the cost to have the item reshipped.

If the package has been shipped out an delivered the shop will not be able to recover or replace the package.
