Vintage that you will Love

I started first with a cute little boutique in a breezy southern California foothill town. It was lots of fun, so in 2008 I opened this Etsy shop to share my great finds with friends from out-of-town. Now I only sell online and I love it. Here you'll find true fashion from many decades, in great condition and showing wonderful style.

I have a generous policy to work with my customers to resolve any issues they might have with their purchase so that they are satisfied. Do I accept returns?:
If a purchase has flaws and is not as described, the buyer may request a return. This is the only type of return accepted for full refund. All other requested returns will be charged a $10 restocking fee and must pay the return postage. All returns must be unworn with tages still in place ///

CONDITION: All PintuckStyle items have been carefully photographed before sending to document original style and condition so that we can compare flaws that a buyer may have noticed. We do not offer full refunds for color, fit or style. ///

COLOR: If the exact color is important, please request a color chip because I cannot accept full returns for color. This is affected by the buyer's monitor or viewing screen and cannot be guaranteed. ///

Who pays for return shipping? PintuckStyle pays for return shipping only if the purchase is not as described, otherwise the buyer is responsible for postage on an approved return. ///

HOW TO RETURN: ///

(1) Request a Return: When a purchase arrives, (before day 3) contact me at PintuckStyle and list the flaw that you found. Please include photos to show how item is not as described in the Etsy listing and request a return with full refund. All other returns should contact me to request a general return without full refund. This includes returns for color, fit and style. ///

(2) Postage: For a full refund, the buyer will be sent a return address label to use in shipping a return. On all other refunds the buyer pays for return shipping.

(3) Shipping: Before 5th day the buyer must send the purchase back using the label provided. All other returns will be sent a return label without pre-paid postage. ///

(4) Refund: When item has arrived back to PintuckStyle, approved full refund purchases will recieve their refund. All others will recieve a refund minus a $10 restocking fee. ///

EU: This shop will comply with 14 day trial and legal return schedule as listed by law. Please contact me before making your return, I have form that must be filed for this process. ///

We accept payments by Credit card and PayPal.

California State Sates Tax is charged on purchases made in the state.

You may request a 2 day "HOLD" on certain garments if you need more time to make payment.

SHIPPING: I use US Postal Service
SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders are sent from 1 to 3 days after purchase, unless otherwise stated
ARRIVAL, US by US 1st class, up to 1 week
ARRIVAL, Outside US: up to 15 working days, depending on international policy
INSURANCE and TRACKING: available on Priority Mail only, please request this method at time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL:
1) Shipping rates will be for 1st class US MAIL, no insurance or tracking
2) We follow all legal requirements when shipping outside of the US.
3) DUTIES and CUSTOMS fees must be paid by the buyer. Please know your local fees before you buy.

WE should agree on any return policy that you might require after buying from PintuckStyle. In general I request that your purchase not affect my profit margins, which is a fair request.

Shipping costs both to and from the buyer is paid by the buyer. For more than 3 items I also request a re-stocking fee of $20. Returns must be received within one week (7 days), with original tags still in place. I do not accept returns for items that were worn or used prior to return. This is a 'try on' preview service, not a 'rental service' that I am extending to the professional buyer.

Pintuck Style orders are available for pick-up and return within the Los Angeles area as an option to shipping costs.

As a retired costumer, I appreciate your needs and want to facilitate your project as best as I can.

To help our customers find their size, we have a women's dress size chart posted last in the shop product pages. If you have additional questions use the "ask a question" button in the listing title, and we will help you find the best fit.

Do you put items on "HOLD" for your customers

Yes we have a 2 day "HOLD" policy for our customers that allows them to make their purchase any time in the following 2 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. Simply contact us using the "ask a question" button in the listing title, and we will send you the shipping costs to your country by US First Class Mail.
