If you received the wrong item, please contact me directly so I can correct the error.

If you are not happy with the product or are in need of return (gasp!), please ship the item back within one week of receiving it. Pinwheel is not responsible for this shipping cost. I will review the item once I receive it, then issue a refund.

Pinwheel accepts payment through direct checkout and PayPal

Business days are Monday through Friday.

Items will ship out in 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Items may take up to 2 - 5 business days to arrive after being shipped.
International orders will take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. Everything is shipped First Class. International orders do not have tracking numbers.

Pinwheel is not responsible for items once they are shipped. If anything is lost or damaged in the mail, I will try to work with you on discounts for replacement items.

Please ensure that the address on your PayPal account is up to date. Pinwheel is not responsible for items shipped to inaccurate addresses.

Your personal data will only be shared with trusted sites to fulfill and ship your order. Our Etsy store uses Etsy Shipping, USPS, and Stamps.com, and may use additional service providers or carriers in the future, to ship your order. Your full name and mailing address is used to generate a shipping label. This is the extent to which your data is shared to process your order.
