The Planner Addict's Family
I've been using planners since I was in high school, starting with a DayTimer planner. Ever since for over 20 years, I've progressed until I discovered stickers for planning.
This excited me more than ever before to plan and soon my daughter (23yr) and husband were not far behind with their own versions using Filofax and Midori style planners.
Recently, my husband's job has had major cutbacks financially so to help supplement our income, we prayed about it and made a family decision to open a sticker shop together.
We actually are enjoying the extra time we are getting as a family and our 8 yr old son, loves 'testing' out the stickers to see if they are fun to use and look good.
I've been a designer for many years now and have been a scrapbook kit designer for 6 years and love every minute of it.
We pray that everyone will enjoy the stickers we design and provide in our shop and that they will become planner friends and feel they can convo us anytime with new and fresh ideas and custom designs they would like.
I have been very active on Instagram over the past few years as @jenwrightdesigns, and you can follow me there and on our new instagram for our shop @pipandmelon.
We look forward to more long days and nights, as a family... giggling, joking around and working together to bring you all joy in little packages of stickers.

★CONVO★
• Please allow 24 hours for replies to messages. (We live in USA-EST)
★PAYMENTS★
• We accept Paypal & Direct Checkout.
• Paypal allows you to pay by credit card if you don't have an account and processing is quicker than DC.
• If you are paying with Direct Checkout (Credit Card) we will not be able to release the shipment until your payment clears.
★PROCESSING TIME★
• Currently 3-5 business days (doesn't include holidays)
We are a Print to Order shop. This allows time for processing (printing & cutting).
★SHIPPING /HANDLING★
• After we process your order (print & cut), add 1-2 business days for packaging (pull order, package, ship). From start to finish allow 7-10 business days from the time you order until the day we ship your order. We ship by the "Scheduled to ship by" date (unless otherwise notified) detailed under the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your account.
• Shipping Days are Monday-Friday and Saturday til Noon. All orders purchased after 4pm EST will be shipped the next shipping day available.
• I am NOT able to combine shipping on multiple orders.
★LOST SHIPMENTS★
• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in your account with etsy or paypal. If your address is different then what is stated please leave a note in the "notes to seller" section at checkout with your current address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect mailing address. We are not responsible if packages are returned to us due to incorrect address. If this happens, the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship your order to you to the correct address.
• If your order is lost and NOT marked delivered by USPS, we will try to work with you to help you get what you paid for.
• Pip and Melon is NOT responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, damaged or undelivered by USPS
• If you have received a shipping confirmation and you think you should have received your order... please send us a convo. Thank you.
PAPER CHOICES
★VINYL★
• VINYL Stickers are non-removable, permanent. You Can use almost any marker/pen that you like without smudging. Did we mention the Pool Floatie smell...
★MATTE★
• Matte Stickers are a matte finish.
★CUSTOM ORDERS★
• We welcome custom orders!! If you are looking for a sticker we don't have listed, please feel free to convo us! Just ask, and we'll be happy to let you know what we can do to assist you.
★REQUESTS★
• We love requests, so please feel free to convo us with your ideas. We will add them to our current to-do list if we get enough requests.

NO REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable.
Payment
CANCELLING ORDER

Shipping
We are a made-to-order shop, our estimated processing time for all orders is 1-2 weeks prior to shipment. We strive to get orders out faster than that, but please allow us the time to create your order. Custom orders will take 1-2 weeks to process prior to shipment. Thank you for your patience! Once a package is shipped it is in the hands of the USPS. For any problems after the package is shipped, please contact USPS
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address PRIOR to completing your order. Your order will be shipped to the address provided on your ETSY account or what you selected upon checkout. We are not responsible for your package being returned due to an incorrect address or name. If it is returned to us, the customer is responsible for new shipping fees to re-ship the package.
USA ORDERS
USA (domestic) orders are shipped FIRST CLASS via USPS.
Estimated delivery of once it has shipped is 3-8 BUSINESS days (excluding holidays & weekends). Your domestic order comes with standard tracking that updates 24-48 hours after shipment and during the process.
***NOTE**
The estimated delivery date on your tracking is NOT a guaranteed date. This is determined solely by USPS and not in our control.
Please be patient with the tracking process, as it can be very slow (take 48 hours or more) for it to update.
Packages marked as shipped mean they are delivered to USPS and out of our control. For any problems, please contact your local post office.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders are shipped via INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS via USPS to reduce the cost to you as much as possible. There is no tracking with this method.
You can upgrade to International shipping with Tracking is for International orders at additional expense. **NOTE** The Tracking works only in the USA, once it reaches your country's customs department, we are no longer responsible.
We recommend purchasing tracking to insure in case of "lost" packages. Once your package is at the USPS office, we have no control over the shipping process.
