Accepted payment methods
Hats shipping with in the US or to Canada will be packaged in a cardboard box. Hats shipping to any other international destination will most likely be sent in a poly envelope and packed with tissue paper to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Piper and Paisley, we take great pride in our products and craftsmanship. We want every customer to be happy and comfortable in the right hat. Returns by Mail
Please package your order, in it’s new, original condition (with tags attached, in original packaging) and include a clearly signed and written note expressing your reason for return or exchange, and your order preference, whether it be a different size, or store credit. Please also include your original order number and details, for reference.
