At Piper and Paisley, we take great pride in our products and craftsmanship. We want every customer to be happy and comfortable in the right hat. If you need to return your hat for whatever reason, you can do so with in 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at info [!at] piperandpaisley.com to discuss your options. Piper and Paisley hats are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Returns by Mail
Please package your order, in it’s new, original condition (with tags attached, in original packaging) and include a clearly signed and written note expressing your reason for return or exchange, and your order preference, whether it be a different size, or store credit. Please also include your original order number and details, for reference.
The order should be shipped to:

Once we receive your package, we will process your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be reflected on your account.

Please contact customer service directly to discuss your exchange. Exchanges must be in new and original condition (unworn, with tags attached). Exchanges are best processed by email at info [!at] piperandpaisley.com, but you can also reach us by phone at (406)549-1319.

Return and Exchange Restrictions:

-All sale purchases are FINAL SALE!
-We reserve the right to deny a return or require a re-stocking fee.
-Returned items must be as you received them: Clean and with all hang tags attached.
-No credits will be issued for items that have been worn; there should be no odors, no marks of facial make-up/hair product, etc. on the hat.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

- In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Piper and Paisley immediately after receipt of product at info [!at] piperandpaisley.com or 406-549-1319.
Unless otherwise noted in my shop announcements, all orders will ship with in 7 work days from date of payment, and I will do my absolute best to ship it earlier. I ship USPS First Class Mail in the US, and First Class International Mail to everywhere else. Your shipping price includes delivery confirmation in the US. If you are international, and would like your hat shipped more quickly, message me in the box and let me know, and I will send you a quote.
Hats shipping with in the US or to Canada will be packaged in a cardboard box. Hats shipping to any other international destination will most likely be sent in a poly envelope and packed with tissue paper to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
