Shop policies

Please note that many of the stationary items listed in our shop are general "Thank You" notes; however, the majority of these note sets are available for personalization. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to create a reserve listing for you with your name replacing the "Thank You" text in the design.

Also note that we only list one of each item "in stock" at a time, but more are available. If you would like to purchase more than one of something, just send us a message and we'll post a reserved listing for you containing the quantity you desire.

Payment
PayPal or credit card payments are our accepted methods of payment. PayPal is safe, secure, and easy to use. Or you may pay using your credit card.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through the USPS within five business days. Packages are mailed First Class from Oregon, so please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for travel time. Delivery confirmation and a "tracking number" is available at an increased shipping rate. Please convo or email regarding your wish to upgrade your shipping option BEFORE you make your purchase. We do not currently accept international orders.

We ship to the address provided in your Etsy purchase. If the address in PayPal is different, we will default to the Etsy address. PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct!
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom items are not available for return. Therefore, all sales from this shop are final.

We do everything we can to carefully package your order so it arrives in the condition it should. However, if for some reason your package has been damaged along the way, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the damaged merchandise at no additional cost.

We assure you that our products will be as impressive in person as they appear online. However, because of the handmade nature of our items, there may be some minor imperfections and/or variations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please let us know if you are not. You are a valued customer and we want to ensure that you are a happy one!
