Payment
I only accept payments via paypal. (It's really easy, but send me a 'conversation' if you've got any questions!)

I send your order as soon as possible after I receive your payment. It's best if you can pay straight away, but I'll wait 24 hours for payment after which your order will be cancelled. If you want to reserve an item, or need extra time to pay, or it's your first time buying and you're in a bit of a muddle, just send me a 'conversation' via etsy, or e-mail pippibean@hotmail[dot]co.uk
Shipping
I package your order very carefully and I absoloutely love coming up with new packaging ideas! They will be securely & safely bubblewrapped if necessary, and I'll include a receipt & a little extra or two!

INSURANCE:
If you want your item to be replaced if lost/damaged in the post, please ask me for an upgrade in postage. Email or convo me BEFORE YOU ORDER and I'll sort out the price with you.

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE?
It shouldn't take long to get your items - UK should be within a week, International within two weeks (but usually arrives within a week or so). Convo me if your package hasn't arrived within this time!

CUSTOMS FEES:
You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm happy to replace or refund any faulty items soon after you have received them,(but my products should be well-made enough to avoid this!). Please convo me and I'll sort it out!

Orders lost or damaged in the post:
I cannot refund orders lost/damaged in the post, unless you have chosen to purchase insurance. Please convo me if any problems arise. If it is my fault due to packaging or any other reason, I will of course refund your purchase.

If you simply don't like your item, or have changed your mind, I can't offer a refund/exchange after I have sent your package. Please convo me ASAP if you have changed your mind, and haven't received confirmation that I've sent it!

These rules simply give me something to fall back on, but if I feel that good customer service requires that I bend the rules a bit, in some cases I would be happy to!

Everything I make is made in a pet-free/smoke-free home. I can't 100% guarantee that our products don't have anything nutty/allergens on them, but there is no reason why there should be any amount of any of these!! I'm afraid that my products are not designed for young children, and may have small parts. They are generally intended for teens & adults. They are not toys - Please be careful. If you're concerned about anything, just contact me before you order.

Custom Orders: I'm always happy to receive custom orders. Contact me and I'll chat about what you want. They will typically take longer to make/ship - but I'll be as speedy as I can :). Hopefully we'll be able to agree on a time/price and product that you're happy with! Feel free to convo me, anytime!
