The color is exactly as shown and it arrived faster than the estimated shipping time, packaged safely with my other order. I may have to buy all the skeins in this color and find excuses to use them this winter!

Welcome aboard! We're a very friendly pirate crew located in Washington state. Our goal is to produce a fantastic product, not take life seriously, and have fun dyeing yarn while making shiploads of new friends through selling yarn and roving.

Please note that my items come from a smoke-free, dog-friendly household. My dogs are far too lazy to play with the yarn; however a stray hair or two may work their way into the yarn or rovings.

100% of our alpaca fiber is grown in the US or Canada. 100% of the wool used is grown in the US. The remaining fibers are sourced from environmentally accountable countries.

Payment
I accept PayPal, cashier’s checks, and money orders. If you are mailing a cashier's check or money order, please note that I will hold your item until I have received your payment. Please contact me within 24 hours of the end of the sale to let me know when you are sending your payment. If there has been no communication from you within 72 hours from the date of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

I'm working to accept debit cards in the near future.
Shipping
We ship to residents of the US and Canada by default and to any other country as a custom order. All of our shipping costs are based on packaging prices and shipping weights. To request shipping insurance, simply leave a message in the "Notes to Seller" area and I will then send you an invoice for the additional expense.

If paying with PayPal, make sure that the address being given is correct and up to date, as due to shipping liabilities, I will only ship to the verified address given through PayPal. When shipping gifts to others, please make sure that you give me the correct address to ship to through PayPal as well.

When your order ships, you will receive an email, either from me or the shipper with the date of shipment and a tracking number (if applicable). Please check your spam filters if you have not received this important message. When possible, I automatically upgrade shipping to ensure you receive your item(s) in a timely manner.

Items are shipped via the method which offers the most affordable and efficient insured rate.

if there is enough interest, I will look into shipping to Canada, the UK or Europe.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to accept returns (without making you walk the plank!) and will refund the purchase price paid once I receive the product back. Colors are as accurate as possible on my calibrated monitor. Because colors may appear differently on your monitor please contact me if you have any questions.

Shipping charges on the original sale are non-refundable. You are accountable for paying for shipping on any returns. I describe and photograph my items as best as possible, so please email me with any of your questions before buying. I package items carefully and cannot be held responsible for shipping damage or lost items, as insurance is always offered. Item(s) must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt in their original condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
Your order typically ships within 24 hours of payment, but be aware that weather, weekends and holidays might delay the shipment of your item(s) several days. We'll email you a notification of when your product has shipped.

Either I or one of the crew will take your package to the Post Office, FedEx, or UPS to ensure safe handling of your bag of loot.
