Shop policies
DISPATCH: All items will be packed with care and sent to you in a short time. Usually the next day if the post office is open and/or if it's not a weekend or holiday. I do my best to pack and ship everything the same day I receive the order but PLEASE, ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR ITEMS TO SHIP.
SHIPPING COSTS: I know shipping costs are high from Spain so I always try to offer the cheapest option available and the most reliable one. If you are buying an original piece, a more expensive option may be used as those need to be insured. For any questions just ask me. I also have no problem upgrading to express mail if you pay for the difference.
DELIVERY TIME: Packages usually arrive in 1-2 weeks to most destinations ( many times, sooner) but it can take up to 45 days for international packages to arrive so please, keep this in mind before ordering if you are in a hurry. I have no problem upgrading to express mail, send me a message and I’ll give you a quote.

Payment
Yes, you can cancel the order before it's sent. If I haven't packed the goods, I will offer you a 100% refund, If goods are packed and ready to ship then I will offer you a refund for the total amount minus 2$ for mailing supplies costs.
Shipping
NOTICE:
As November 2020 shipping is included in all my items with but same conditions apply to delivery times, packing, returns ... so please, keep reading below.

DISPATCH: All items will be packed with care and sent to you in a short time. Usually the next day if the post office is open and/or if it's not a weekend or holiday. I do my best to pack everything the same day I receive the order but please, allow 1-3 days for items to ship. I have a job and young children and sometimes is not possible to send everything right away the same day.
PACKAGING: Small prints are sent inside rigid envelopes to avoid bending. Large prints are sent in sturdy cardboard tubes. Other items are sent on the appropriate package to avoid any damage during transport.
SHIPPING METHOD: Prints are sent through regular mail. This option has NO tracking number available.
INSURANCE: For SCREENPRINTS AND FABRIC GOODS only ( tees, bags …) I offer you an upgrade to insured mail. I know insured shipping costs are high but it's the only way I can have some control over the packages once I leave them at the post office. You will be provided with a tracking number, and also,delivery times are usually shorter.
If your package is lost and not insured I don't offer refunds or replacements. I'm sorry but I can't control what happens with a package once I leave it at the post office. Non registered mail for those items has worked fine for almost all of my customers who bought them but if you want to take no risks, upgrade to an insured mail. It's your choice.

MULTIPLE ITEMS; If you want to order multiple items ( different size prints, prints + tshirts ...) send me a message through Etsy or info [!at] pizublic.com to get an exact shipping rate. If you are ordering 2 if the same items, that's not necessary.
CUSTOM AND TAXES: Buyer is responsible for any custom duties and to check that his/her address is correct at the time of ordering.
You can check up to date rates here >> correos.es (please, don't forget to add mailing supplies to this rate) I know shipping from Spain are absurdly high but I have no other options.

Do you offer custom work? Like family portraits or pet portraits?
I certainly do and will be more than happy to do so!
But you need to contact me first to discuss the process. I need to have all the info in advance, good quality photos and a very detailed explanation of what you are looking for. As this involves a very long process I will not accept revisions on this kind of work ( I'll try to send a sketch before starting the actual illustration when possible). I can do this either on digital o physical format, your choice. There's no refunds on custom orders. Wholesale availability
Yes, I do wholesale but this needs to be discussed in advance as I don't always store large amounts of the same item. I provide all legal paperwork required in my country to sell goods as a registered business.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't normally offer it but if you need to giftware or pack anything specially ready to send as a gift I can do so for an additional fee. Just message me
Sizing details
All measures of all items are stated in the ad listing for each product, when in doubt, check the listings. Most of my prints are made in standard european size paper so you'll have no trouble framing them either with a typical Ikea frame or similar, or by a professional.
Care instructions
Prints are digitally printed and should last a long time before colors start fading, if they ever do. Screenprinted goods and original artwork should last indefinitely as long as taken care properly ( no direct light or heat sources nearby). As for fabric screen printed products, just wash them by hand, do not iron the artwork and everything will look super fine for years to come.
