As a professional jewelry artisan for more than a decade, if you're like me, you're very choosy about the components that go into your designs! You'll appreciate that I hand-pick all my components, dealing directly with sources from all over the world.
This ensures you top quality products, a huge selection, and great prices. I'm constantly searching the globe for cool stuff for my own work, and cycle through stock, so check back often.
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Nonetheless, we do understand that some of you may still feel uncomfortable releasing your credit card information online, and are happy to accommodate you by accepting cashier's checks or money orders.
Sorry, absolutely no personal checks. Please be advised that issuing a check/money order significantly slows down the general transaction.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the purchase, and I have not been contacted, I will cancel the transaction.
The state of Wisconsin requires that I charge sales tax on any items I sell to residents of this state. If you are living in Wisconsin, and you make a purchase, please wait to submit payment until I have sent you a revised invoice with sales tax.
If you would like to cancel a transaction before the item is shipped, for whatever reason, just send me a message to let me know and the money will be refunded to your account.
Items are shipped within the U.S.A. via USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail, depending on which would be more economical. My items are wrapped and sealed inside a bubble-lined envelope to ensure their safe arrival. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for postal delivery.
YES, we will combine shipping between items from our three stores, if possible (sometimes it's difficult to combine prints with beads, but beads with finished jewelry is no problem!)
If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to have insurance, delivery confirmation or express delivery, please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice. PointyKitty Studios is not responsible for uninsured items damaged or lost in shipment, so if you're concerned about the mail, please insure it!
We certainly welcome international clients! International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority mail. If this is the case, please contact us for a revised invoice - we'd be happy to accommodate you!
All clients will be notified by e-mail when shipment goes out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the low cost of these items, we are selling them AS IS, with NO refunds or exchanges.
Before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. We generally have a 1-2 day email turnover Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

I also may have some of the items in larger quantities than the lots listed, and would be happy to provide an additional discount on bulk orders.
