The bag has some serious dents in it. I am working on straighting them out and I think it will look lovely. The bonus compact is so elegant! I want to thank you for your thoughtfulness. Payment
If money order is the only way you can pay, please message me. Too many no-pays have forced me to turn the MO off. If we discuss it, I am usually willing to take other payments. I will also consider local delivery- just ask!
Shipping
Shipping:

I try to ship within 3 days, excepting Weekends and holidays. Occasionally, an international order may take a few extra days, as the customs form requires a post office visit. If you use Etsys direct checkout your payment will need to clear to my bank account before it can ship. This can take up to 3 days.

I ship domestically either Priority or parcel post with delivery confirmation. If you need it faster, please let me know, and we will make arrangements. If you require next day delivery, I will need to know before 6:30 AM, Pacific Standard Time, in order to make it to the post office in time. If you would like insurance, we can do that too.

Once shipped, I cannot not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance, please ask for it.

If sent internationally, you are responsible for checking with and paying any fees at your Customs office. I will not lie on forms; I am too pretty for prison, and too poor for fines.

In addition, if I overestimate shipping/handling cost more than $1, we will refund you. It's the neighborly thing to do. If it is grossly undercharged, I will let you know and work out shipping arrangement. I am human and the postal charges can vary wildly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns:. All damage will be disclosed. Please ask questions before buying, as I only take returns if the item is grossly misrepresented, not just because it does not fit or because you do not want it anymore.

Because there are so many variables in monitor settings and lighting, colors may differ slightly from photographs. Please ask if exact color is crucial. Sometimes colors look different in sunlight than in the dark of your home.

I do not dry clean items, this allows me to keep the prices reasonable. Some items will be hand washed in Ivory, noted in listings. Items may need to be washed before wearing. They've been frozen to kill moth larvae. Items are 20+ years old, and their wear cannot be warrantied. Especially with shoes-- it is impossible to know how the shoe was constructed and how its internal structure has made it through the years. If it looks good on the outside, it is marked excellent.


Exceptions are shoes and Bras. I measure them well, but understand that feet/bosoms are all different. I will refund the selling price, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping, and must return with a tracking number. The item must be in the same condition it was when shipped. I do charge 20 cents to relist.

If you have an issue with an item, PLEASE contact me directly. Do not leave negative feedback as communication. A straightforward email will allow us to resolve any issues in a timely and neighborly manner. If a return needs to happen, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and MUST provide a tracking number.. Leaving negative/neutral reviews when you've received a full refund is ill mannered-- we all make mistakes.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness is neither fashionable nor stylish. Ever.
