We ship via USPS and FedEx, and send you tracking info. In the rare instance your package shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, if your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to offer you a refund. I rely on the customer to give accurate shipping address information, we ship to address provided and cannot be responsible if this address is incorrect.

We ship orders to the address given, unless otherwise stated, and are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect shipping/unclaimed. If this happens, the customer has the option to pay to re-ship it.

Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I am legally required to declare the contents of any package I mail abroad.

Damaged Package:

We take great care in packaging your order to arrive to you safely! In the rare instance your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos documenting the damage, outside packaging, inside packaging, etc. We shipped insured and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation on a case by case basis.
