I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I will send items out packaged as securely as possble; but I am not liable for damage in the post. If something goes missing; convo me as soon as possible and I will do my best to send you a replacement. Unfortunately, at this moment I do not do refunds for loss or damage in the post.
Payment
The items ship from my own hands in the UK.
Shipping
Currently all items will be first class post to the UK or Royal Mail Airmail to elsewhere. If you would like a more secure post (signed for/insured etc) please convo me and I will invoice your paypal account for the extra postage cost.
When more than one item bought, the base postal rate is for the item with the most expensive postal rate.
