I feel like our planners are very personal to us.
For me, my planner is like daily meditation. As we open our planners…we focus on our intentions and goals for the day, week or month.
It can be our little sanctuary where you can quietly pray, recite a mantra or tell yourself an affirmation while you are ready to take on the workday!
For me, Planning also is a form of manifesting what I want in my life. I look at my to do list and remind myself of all the goals I need to accomplish to become successful in what I’m trying to focus on.
I am an ex-graphic design major who has been coming back to her roots for the last couple years. Opening up a “Printable Shop” allows me to continue to be creative.

Q: Can Planner Therapy Fit All Planner Sizes?
A: For now, Planner Therapy specializes in Half Letter and US. Letter planner sizes.
*I will gladly customize an item for you for a small fee
Care instructions
Q: Are any of your items physical products?
A: For now, all of our products are digital downloads only. This allows more creative time for me to design. Plus as a planner creator myself, I personally love to receive my planner inserts, covers and dashboards rights way versus waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It also allows my items to remain cost effective for my Customers.
*In the near future though, I will feature a few planner accessories for sale.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like any items customized, I will charge a small fee:
$3 - Adding a Name or Word to a dashboard or cover
$4 - Resizing a planner printable to another size that is not the size I am selling it in
$20 - Adding dates to a non-dated planner monthly calendar for the whole year
$30 - Adding Dates to a non-dated planner weekly calendar for the whole year.
*please understand customization fees must be paid upfront and there are no refunds. I will make adjustments as needed. You may not choose another font other than the font included in the printable.
