I feel like our planners are very personal to us.
For me, my planner is like daily meditation. As we open our planners…we focus on our intentions and goals for the day, week or month.
It can be our little sanctuary where you can quietly pray, recite a mantra or tell yourself an affirmation while you are ready to take on the workday!
For me, Planning also is a form of manifesting what I want in my life. I look at my to do list and remind myself of all the goals I need to accomplish to become successful in what I’m trying to focus on.
I am an ex-graphic design major who has been coming back to her roots for the last couple years. Opening up a “Printable Shop” allows me to continue to be creative.

This is an original design / idea that I created.
Welcome to Planner Therapy!
I created Planner Therapy when I decided to DIY my own planner. I was recently influenced by the "clear" planner, the minimalist and neutral color planners.
Being over the age of 40 I also realized it was time to retire the crazy and colorful Happy Planner. While creating my own planner from scratch, I realized that a planner is more than just a calendar and To Do List. After watching a LOT of planner flip-through videos I realized that everyone's planner had reminders, habit trackers, motivational quotes...all leading to getting mentally healthy so that we can thrive in life.
I have created printables for myself so I do have a nice "bank" of items to revamp and get out to YOU. If i can help myself, then maybe, just MAYBE I can help someone else. There will never been too many planner printables since we can all benefit from trying various ways of planning, which is why I love buying and creating planner printables. They are inexpensive so you can try a printable first.

Sizing details
Q: Can Planner Therapy Fit All Planner Sizes?
A: For now, Planner Therapy specializes in Half Letter and US. Letter planner sizes.
*I will gladly customize an item for you for a small fee
Care instructions
Q: Are any of your items physical products?
A: For now, all of our products are digital downloads only. This allows more creative time for me to design. Plus as a planner creator myself, I personally love to receive my planner inserts, covers and dashboards rights way versus waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It also allows my items to remain cost effective for my Customers.
*In the near future though, I will feature a few planner accessories for sale.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like any items customized, I will charge a small fee:
$3 - Adding a Name or Word to a dashboard or cover
$4 - Resizing a planner printable to another size that is not the size I am selling it in
$20 - Adding dates to a non-dated planner monthly calendar for the whole year
$30 - Adding Dates to a non-dated planner weekly calendar for the whole year.
*please understand customization fees must be paid upfront and there are no refunds. I will make adjustments as needed. You may not choose another font other than the font included in the printable.
