Modern Cross Stitch Patterns and Kits.
Shop update: 11th April 2024
Kits are currently being processed in a window of 3-5 working days. All kits are made to order. Instant download pdf's are fulfilled via Etsy and emailed patterns are sent as quickly as possible, within 24 hours.
UK orders are posted First Class, which is untracked. International orders are posted via International Standard, which is also untracked. Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Digital patterns are instant downloads, and emailed patterns are usually sent within 1 day.

All cross stitch patterns are designed by Lauren of Plastic Little Covers. Please do not sell or share any of my pattern charts or designs, and please do not sell for profit any finished cross stitch made from a Plastic Little Covers pattern.

5 out of 5 starsI was able to complete this pattern in about a week, working on it here and there. I had to substitute a few colors that I didn't have, but I love how it turned out. This pattern was fairly easy to do. Can't wait to get this framed and up on my wall.

Cross Stitch Patterns:
Cross stitch patterns will be made available instantly via Etsy download link once payment has been confirmed.
Cross Stitch patterns bought via Special Offer listings will be sent via email attachments to the email addressed linked to your Etsy account. Please bear in mind that this service can be delayed during weekends and evenings or due to time differences.
Physical Orders:
UK orders are posted First Class. This is an UNTRACKED service. An upgrade to tracked 24 is available at checkout.
International Orders are posted by Standard International post, a service which is UNTRACKED. A postage upgrade to include tracking is available at checkout. Please be aware that global delays do continue and orders can take as long as 4-6 weeks to be delivered in exceptional cases.
Orders are dispatched to the postal address linked to your Etsy account, please make sure this is correct. If you'd like your order posted elsewhere then please include a note to seller or send a convo.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) Providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. How Long I Store Your Information
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I will rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer.

• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
