I do not accept returns all sales are final "BUT". Please let me know if anything is amiss with your order and we can discuss how you would like to have the issue resolved.
Please read description for sizes and materials. All items are accurately described and photographed in natural light but colors may look different in person due to screen monitor variations.

Paypal only. If you live in France, personnal chèques are ok, just tell me.
No items will be shipped until you've completed your order with a payment. PayPal payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, but if you cannot pay for an item right away, please contact me ahead of time. If I do not hear from you, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL to your etsy and paypal adress ! I will always ask you a confirmation of your adress.
Usually, upon confirmation of payment, the order goes out within 1-3 days.
Whenever possible, I reuse and recycle decent shipping envelopes and packing materials. Be assured that your order will be packaged securely :)
I ship worldwide but i'm not responsible for for lost international shipments and unfortunatelly i won't refund you.
I live in FRANCE, so the packages will sometimes take up to 3 weeks to get to your country. Sometimes it just makes 3 days...
