4 out of 5 starsBeautiful looking and well made hoodie, but be careful when ordering as if you’ve got a larger chest but you’re shorter. You will order the large and find that the arms totally too long, and the rest of the hoodie isn’t very form fitting anyway. I knew from the picture they’d be long, but they’re kind of ridiculous on me. I totally should have contacted them before I ordered and gave my measurements, because now I wish I would have ordered a medium. I’m 5’7” and wear a 31 waist pants. If you’re taller, you shouldn’t have an issue. Maybe I’ll see if I can get the arms taken in a bit.

Returns and exchanges
The buyer will have to ship the item back to us on their own expense and pay another shipping to get a new item shipped out.
Unfortunately we do NOT accept exchanges on CUSTOM orders, unless we did not make the item as promised or advertised.

Please email us if you would like to pay via money order.
If you are paying via credit card or paypal, we require a payment within 3 days, otherwise we will cancel your order.
If you are paying via money order we require that we receive the payment within 10 business days.
We also offer layaway plan, if you would like to know more, just email us.
Shipping
We try to ship twice a week.
If you are buying an item for a certain date, please email us the date and we will try to make sure to get you the package on time.
Most of our items are ready to ship, but some are made as the orders come in. (each listing will specify)
We ship via Canada post, regular air mail, unless otherwise arranged.
If you require insurance, please let us know.
Note insurance is extra charge on top of the regular shipping price.
International buyers, please note, that you might be charged custom fees. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and custom fees are your own responsibility.
