5 out of 5 starsI give 5 star because I have always been happy with the quality and service of this product. However this time I am disappointed. The picture turned out absolutely beautiful, but I ordered a case for a samsung galaxy s10 plus. Size was right but the edges are too low on the sides and it doesn't protect the phone. The screen ends up above the case which leaves it vulnerable if the phone is dropped. Very disappointed I cannot use it.

Can you customize the designs?
Most of our designs can be customized. Go ahead and order any original listing and leave us a “Note to seller” with your requests at check out. We will gladly process your order with the changes.
Can you show me a design proof?
Absolutely. Please leave your request in the “Note to seller” box at checkout. You can also message us before purchasing requesting a design proof.
What is the difference between the Slim and Tough case options?
The listing photos show the difference between the two different types of cases.
Our Slim selection is a very thin-profiled , one-piece , light-weight , snap on case. It is mainly used for aesthetics and doesn't cover the top and bottom of the case.
The Tough selection has a plastic outer shell and includes a black inner rubber lining that wraps around all edges of the screen. The tough selection offers all around phone protection! This selection is highly recommended for its optimal protection.
What is the difference between polished Glossy and soft Matte finish?
The glossy finish is more reflective and has a better grip while the matte case is a soft, slick finish. They are both made with our high quality ink transfer process and the choice comes down to personal preference.
My item says shipped, but the tracking information has not updated?
Because we print our shipping labels in house, USPS doesn't update tracking information when we drop the packages off at the local post office.
Once the packages are dropped off, they are sorted and loaded onto trucks. Those trucks then take the packages to the city sort facility where they are unloaded and sorted again. This step is when they are scanned in for the second time. Usually, this process takes about 24 hours, but occasionally there is a delay. Please contact us if the tracking information does not update within 3 days.
