4 out of 5 starsThe item itself was in excellent condition. However, the seller delayed shipping for whatever reason, and it took 2 weeks for the package to arrive. I sent the seller 6 messages, and she NEVER responded to my inquiries. A 2nd package, shipped separately, NEVER arrived, and I had to resort to asking Etsy to "Help with the Order." That 2nd package never arrived, even 3 weeks later, and the seller never responded to a single message. Non-existent communication and very poor customer service. With shipping delays and one part of the order never shipped separately at all, I will not purchase from this seller again. Buyer beware!

Reached out to Etsy and seller a few times with request for refund with no response. Was really looking forward to these items but will never get to see them despite being ordered about a month ago. Still waiting for refund.

1 out of 5 starsI never received the last part of the order that was shipping separately. There was over a week's delay in the seller's shipping the 1st part of the order, and I didn't receive that 1st part until 2 weeks after I placed the order. The 2nd package NEVER arrived. It was never shipped, because I received no shipping notifications from the seller, from Etsy, or from the carrier. There was NO notification EVER, and therefore no tracking #. The seller, however, marked the 2nd part of the order online as "Delivered." It was never delivered, not even 3 weeks later after I placed this order. This seller's website says she ships items in 2-3 business days. What is worse, I left 6 messages asking for info, tracking #s, and ship dates over those 3 weeks, and I NEVER heard back from the seller. Etsy had to refund my money. Buyer beware!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this for my daughter who wanted it for a project, the seller printed a shipping label but never sent it out. Terrible at getting back to me, and either takes days or doesn’t respond until Etsy gets involved. I’m disappointed bc this is a great store. Etsy cancelled the order and the seller then got in touch and told me to pay again and she will ship it out right away. Well, nothing yet. Shipping label printed and no item shipped. Seller once again has gone dark, I am so frustrated because it seems like a game is being played.

If I want to purchase certain items from a listing, but not the entire listing, can I?
Possibly, it depends! As collectors, I understand that in order to complete a collection, you may just need one or two items contained within a set (and not the whole set!). I do list single replacement pieces from time to time, however, if you are interested in purchasing just part of a listing, please send me a message describing the details of your request and I will happily accommodate you if possible!
