Returns and exchanges
If there are any problems with the product, please let me know before leaving negative feedback. I will try my best to work it out.
I'm currently accepting Paypal. If you do not have an account yet, you can pay with credit card there. Please pay within three days after your purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled.
Shipping will be carefully wrapped and shipped through USPS. If items are damaged in mail, please email alyssa[at]alyssabyoung[dot]com before leaving negative feedback. I will do my best to rectify the situation.

All items are handmade and can take up to a week before shipping. I strive towards getting the items out within three days of payment!
