Ordered a baby gift on May 22. Seller shipping policy stated it would ship in 2-7 business days. It has been 5 weeks and has not shipped. Have tried communicating with store but only received one message saying it would be delayed (but be here by now and that I would get weekly updates which never happened) Now the shop auto responds it’s closed. No outreach or updates given (or refund) shop still hasn’t updated their info on Etsy to state what a huge delay it is
