I'm not sure what size to order, can you help me?
Of course! Just send us your measurements and we'll help you pick the right size for you. We could also make a custom size for you according to your measurements.
How long does it take you to prepare an item?
All our items are made to order and the processing time varies. Hats and accessories are shipped in 3-8 business days, scarves in 1-2 weeks and sweaters in 1-3 weeks, depending on the item. For more details, please take a look at the "Shipping & Policies" tab in each individual listing. Items in the "Ready to Ship" section are shipped in 1-3 business days.
How do you ship your orders? How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping (priority registered airmail) — FREE
EU: 4-6 business days
International: 5-14 business days
DHL Express — €14 EUR / $15 USD / £12 GBP
EU: 1-3 business days
International: 2-5 business days
I want to return my package, do you accept returns?
Yes, we do! You can return your package within 15 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange as soon as we receive it. We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and unaltered. Please note that shipping fees won't be refunded and custom made items are not returnable.
