Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
º I hope you will be pleased with your purchases but if for any reason you are not, please contact me right away to resolve the problem before leaving feedback.
º I do not accept exchanges. Please make sure you have read the descriptions and studied the photographs carefully to avoid disappointment.
º I do not accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented the item(s) in question.
º Any returns must be arranged immediately on receipt.
º Any reports of broken or missing items must be made immediately upon receipt.
º If an item breaks through normal wear and tear within 4 weeks of your purchase I will happily fix or replace it for you free of charge on receipt of the original item.
º If an item breaks after this time or through accident/misuse I will repair or replace it for you for the appropriate fee.
º In the event of a return I regret that I will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
º By buying from me you are agreeing to all the above terms.

Payment
I accept Paypal only at this time. You do not need to set up a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.
Immediate payment is expected. Please pay for your purchases within 24 hours. If 24 hours pass without payment I will consider the transaction void and will report the problem to etsy.

Shipping
Orders are currently shipping within 5 working days from the date you pay for your order.
I will mark your order as "shipped" on Etsy once I've send it out. You can check the status of your order by following the "purchases" link on the left of your screen when you log in to Etsy.
I ship all US orders USPS first class which usually takes 2-3 business days.
This service does not have tracking numbers. If you require a tracking number you must contact me before purchase to arrange this service at additional cost.
