Shop policies

Hi There! Thank you for stopping by. Below is the typical process for ordering most stationery from my shop. This doesn't include the 3D Pop-Up Block Baby Shower Invitation or a completely custom order (i.e. you relate to my design style, but would like something custom designed for you that doesn't already exist in my shop.)

- Via Etsy convos, customer requests a private listing and specifies quantity of each item they would like to order. Note: color changes are made free of charge, please let me know if you need the colors to be changed. Also advise of any deadlines at this point.

- I create a reserved listing and send you a message via Etsy convos with a link to your listing. Note: please purchase the listing within two days of me posting the listing. If you cannot purchase within those two days, please keep me updated and let me know if I should remove the listing. (1 day)

- Once customer purchases reserved listing, I will rework the design to fit the client's copy. (2-3 days).

- I will then send the layout to the client to review, via Etsy convos. At that point you can advise of any edits or approve the piece to print. *Note: edits are unlimited. There are no additional costs associated with copy and color edits. (amount of time it takes customer to approve)

- The file will print. At this point, changes cannot be made to any items in the order. (3-4 weeks)

Note: orders can be expedited, but the printing cost increases because the printer charges a rush fee.

- The package will ship. (3 business days)

Please note: I will do my best to match custom color requests on any order. Because all of my stationery is unique and is made to order, colors may not exactly match what is seen on screen or what is printed on your home computer.

Returns and exchanges
After the listing is purchased and the stationery has been created with the customer's information, a 50% refund can be granted if the customer decides they are no longer in need of the stationery.

Once the customer approves the file to print, a refund cannot be honored.

If an order is damaged during shipping, I will provide a refund.
Payment
Please purchase reserved listings within two days of receiving a notification via Etsy convos that I have created a reserved listing for you.

I accept credit cards through PayPal and any other PayPal transactions.
Shipping
All stationery is shipped via USPS with insurance. Most packages are mailed Priority Mail.

International Shipments: Please contact me for a custom shipping quote.
