All sales are final. You cannot exchange or return for anything similar once your cable(s) has been completed.

Every cable comes with a one year warranty. Under warranty, cables can only be replaced if it is defective and determined that customer is not at fault. They can either be repaired or replaced with a new cable free of charge at our discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping defective cables back to plusSound. Once cable has been made, your order cannot be changed and cannot be exchanged for another similar. Please be sure to contact us if your order is defective before sending it back.

Orders paid via PayPal will begin processing within one business day.

plusSound ships only via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping cost are the following:
$5.00 for Domestic, $10.00 for Canada, and $15.00 for Everywhere else.

For each additional item, shipping will be FREE.

Shipping times are the following through USPS First Mail:
Within 5 business days (Domestic)
Within 20 business days (Everywhere else)

Delays caused by acts of God (i.e. order lost, shipped elsewhere, etc.) are occasionally unavoidable. However, we always provide reference number for all orders to make sure customer knows the status and location of order. Contact us if order hasn't been received the next day after expected delivery date. We will do the best we can to get the order to its owner.

Q: What kind of wire do you use?
A: We use four types of wires - copper, silver-plated copper, gold-plated copper, silver, and silver/gold alloy. Each of these wires provide different characteristics based on sound and range.

Q: What kind of characteristics do each cable have in sound?
A: It is difficult to describe the sound it produces as everyone has a different ear at hearing sounds. However, it is hard to deny the different changes in sound than what the stock cable provide. Here are our best interpretations on sound quality of each wire:

Copper = 99.99998% pure. High and Mids are slight emphasized with more bass sound. Great for Rock, Rap, Techno, etc.

Silver-plated copper = 99.9999% pure. Brighter, neutral sound with slight emphasis on bass sound. Great for Classical, Pop, etc.

Gold-plated copper = 99.9999% pure. Warmer sound with emphasis on bass sound. Great for Pop, Rock, etc.

Silver = 99.99998% pure. Highest quality wire. More third-dimensional soundstage. Bright, with emphasis on bass and mid. Great for all genres.

Silver/Gold = Latest high quality wire. More third-dimensional soundstage. Warm and bright sound. Great for all genres.

Each of these wires are a vast improvement over the cables provided by the manufacturer in terms of build and sound.

Q: What sleeving do you use?
A: We use nylon sleeving in various colors and special 'noise reduction' sleeving for L/R channels. (More sleeving colors available on our website)

Q; What are you available length sizes?
A: We make cables from four (4) feet up to ten (10) feet. Standard size is four and price increases by the feet. Be sure to remember that cable length is approximate, not guaranteed. So it may fluctuate very slightly. If you are in doubt, you can order a longer cable.
