How it all began...

I absolutely love a good wedding! When planning my own I found I wasn't ever able to find exactly what I wanted and so often took about creating my own designs or adapting those I had purchased. One of my biggest frustrations was not be able to find matching items across all those finishing touches for my reception venue. Realising there was a need to such items I began creating simple, yet beautiful designs that could be applied across favours, signage, invites.... absolutely everything!

And so Precious Moments Printed was born. All our products are made here in the UK using eco-friendly and sustainable materials. We using wedding trends to inspire our ranges, but we are always open to new designs so if you are struggling to find what you are looking for why not set us the challenge of creating something bespoke to you.

    I'm Rachel, owner of Precious Moments Printed and proud wife and mother to Martin, Joshua and Benjamin. With a 5, 6 and 32 year old to look after life is busy (that's not to mentioned, Gem, the Border Collie!) - but that's just how I like it!

What are your current processing times? Do you offer rush processing?

The processing times for our products can be found the in shipping and policies tab found on each listing.

For rush processing, please contact us to discuss prior to making your order.

Please also allow time for shipping times, this can be found in our store policies in addition to our processing times.

How do I provide personalisation requirements?

Personalisation details can be left at the notes to seller box as you proceed through checkout. We are unable to begin preparing your order until we have received all personalisation details. Each individual listing has different requirements for personalisation, please read the descriptions for the products you purchase.

Do I receive a proof of my items before production?

We are able to provide one proof of your items before production begins, please leave a note at checkout if you require one. We do not automatically send these out.

Do you provide Ribbon or Twine with your gift tags?

Every ones requirements are different and so we only provide the tags, allowing you to select ribbon, string or twine to match event

Can I send my order to a different address?

We will send the order to the address indicated on your order. You are able to change this when you proceed through checkout.

If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify. Once the order has been dispatched then I am unable to change the address.

Where is my order?

As soon as an order has been dispatched the order will be updated on Etsy to confirm this. Tracking is not applied as standard, if you require tracking please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can offer a shipping upgrade.

On international orders tracking my be provided at our discretion. If this has been applied the tracking details will be provided on your order.

Delays due to shipping carriers and customs are out of our control.

Can I make changes to the images used?

We are able to make small changes to the images we use within our products, contact us prior to making your order to discuss if there is something specific you require.
