1885Atelier

Welcome to 1885 Atelier!

I'm thrilled to reintroduce my shop with a new vision and a refined focus. Previously known under a different name, my shop has evolved from its original offerings to something close to my heart: my fine art photography collection. Each print you see here is a piece of my journey as I capture moments of beauty and calm through the lens.

As I slowly build this new brand, I look forward to sharing prints that bring a touch of art and tranquility to your space. Thank you for being part of this next chapter with me!

Fine Art Photography & Darkroom Prints

One day, I picked up a camera. And I really loved what I saw.

Hi, I’m Emily, and I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey with photography started back in high school. Taking that first photography class felt like unlocking a part of myself I didn’t know existed. Though I wasn’t naturally gifted in traditional art or self-expression, photography changed that, helping me see the world in a new way and allowing me to communicate without words.

For years, I told myself photography was just a hobby. But deep down, I always knew it was more than that.

Photography feels like an extension of myself.I can’t remember a time I wasn’t behind the lens, finding beauty in simple, fleeting moments that might have otherwise faded away into the background of everyday life. Whether I pursued it professionally or personally, photography has always been part of me.

Creating 1885 Atelier and having my own darkroom and print shop is a dream come true. Each print here is a piece of my journey, and I hope it brings as much beauty and inspiration to your space as it has to mine.

Thank you for being here. I hope you enjoy exploring my collection and find something that resonates with you.
