Unfortunately Podgehodge does not offer refunds on items. If an item arrives significantly damaged, I will happily offer to ship a replacement free of charge. Please contact me ASAP with a photo and explanation.

My customer's happiness is important to me.
Full payment must be received within 3 days of purchase.
Sold items are carefully packaged to assure that they arrive in the best condition. All international orders are shipped with Purolator. Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
