Adorable! I was back again to buy another pouch from PogTotes. I have 3 now and this one is a gift. I get compliments all the time on my wristlet and the smaller bag I have had for 3 years, use it everyday in my purse and it still looks brand new! Love this fox pouch. I actually bought it as a stocking stuffer for my son for christmas as he loves foxes. I know he will love it!

Please note that the the vast majority of my items are made to order, so coordinating fabrics (such as the inside of totes and makeup bags) may vary from the item pictured. Additionally, because I make orders as soon as I can after I receive them in order to ship promptly, cancellations will not be granted and all sales are final. Thank you very much for buying handmade!
Shipping
DOMESTIC

My standard shipping is USPS first class mail, which generally takes 2-5 days domestic, although there is no guarantee. Occasionally, it has taken up to two weeks. I offer an option to upgrade to priority for $3 for domestic shipments, which guarantees 1-3 day delivery. I upgrade to priority for free with the purchase of three of more items. Please contact me with any questions.

INTERNATIONAL

Any additional costs charged by international post offices are the responsibility of the buyer. Very rarely, international post offices have charged additional custom fees and handling charges.

For international orders, tracking is not available once the package leave the U.S., and there can sometimes be a long delay between it leaving the U.S. and arriving to the customer. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this delay.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is damaged or an incorrect size due to my sewing error, a refund of the cost of the item (not shipping) will be issued upon return of the item to me. Please message me for information on how to return the item and with specifics about the damage to your item. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement item if the buyer requests a replacement in lieu of a refund.

I am not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

I do not guarantee colors, placement of graphics, etc, as colors vary across computer and device screens, and image placement varies as the fabric is cut. Please enjoy the fact that one of the benefits of buying handmade is that each item is unique!
