Point Blank Shop Story

I started my shop back in 2009, but really started focusing more heavily on it in 2011. I love to create images that people WANT on their walls, and breathe new life into the classic images that we know and love.

All of the prints are reproductions of original paintings on canvas. So basically everything you see here is from a large canvas painting, that is then photographed professionally, and printed at a local print shop in Boulder, CO. Our mission to provide you with quality art at an affordable price.

It's fun to see the shop growing and to interact with customers! I love to see what people do with my art when they get it-how they frame it where they hang it, etc.

Etsy gives me a great opportunity to directly interact with my buyers, and is a great way to connect artist to buyer directly, as I am the one who packages every item, and signs every print. So far it's been a great experience!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - I already paid postage, why am I being asked to pay an additional fee to get my item?

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. As stated in our shop policies, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY. It is up to the BUYER to know the rules in their country. PLEASE be aware of this before ordering, as refunds WILL NOT be given due to non-pick up from customs.

Items MARKED AS GIFT will NOT be marked as gift on the customs form. It is ILLEGAL for me to do so.

My package still hasn't arrived, now what?

If your item was shipped via USPS, within the United States, I will do a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a resend the item if you have not received your package within 30 business days of the time it was marked as shipped (I will be happy to work with you, in the event you need it faster). Please contact me WITHIN that 30 day time frame. If you did not enter the correct address on your original order, you need to pay shipping again.

For international orders I will refund (excluding shipping cost) or resend (if you wish to pay the shipping fee again) if you have not received your package after 60 days from the date it was marked as shipped. Please contact me WITHIN that time frame.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?

If your item happens to be damaged during shipping, I just ask you send me a picture for proof of damage. If the item is still available, I will be happy to send you a new one. If it is not, I can offer a refund, (excluding shipping cost), or an exchange for something in the shop of equal value. Please contact me within 30 days of the item being marked as shipped.

I'm not happy with my order, what should I do?

While there are no "one size fits all" parameters on my refund policy, because it's handled on a case by base, one thing I ask is that you

While I can not GUARANTEE arrival time of packages, here is the USPS cutoff shipping dates for ESTIMATED delivery by Christmas 2017. Please be aware of processing time as well, when you order. Please message me with any questions.

I bought something from you at a live event, brewery, or other retail shop and wish to return it, what do I do?

All sales are final at live and pop up events (this includes the breweries or restaurants that occasionally sell my work). Sometimes we can work with you on an exchange, but it varies by circumstance. Message us and we'll see what we can do!

If you purchased Point Blank Art at another retail location, please contact that shop for their specific return policies.
