POKEY&BEAR TERMS OF USE

Pokey&Bear designs may be used for personal and commercial purposes by the purchaser. You (the purchaser) may sell physical products made by you featuring Pokey&Bear designs, according to the terms listed below. Upload to POD sites and digital sales of any kind are not permitted. Please see details below.

The following applies to all users, both personal and commercial:

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED
• You may not upload Pokey&Bear files in whole or in part to any “print-on-demand" sites, including but not limited to Printful, Printify, Cafe Press, Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Merch by Amazon, etc.
• You may not share Pokey&Bear files, even if it is for personal use by others.
• You may not reproduce, repackage, redistribute, sell, or share the content of these files in whole or in part for any reason.
• You may not sell Pokey&Bear files or claim them as your own.
• You may not use Pokey&Bear designs as part of another digital product for sale.
• Third-party sales or wholesale are not allowed.
• Files may not be digitized and resold.
• Digital sales of any kind are not allowed.

COMMERCIAL USE
Purchase of a Pokey&Bear design includes a commercial use license, which permits the purchaser alone to sell an unlimited number of physical products featuring Pokey&Bear designs. All physical products must be made by you (the purchaser). Upload to “print-on-demand” sites is not allowed. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the USPTO database and research trademarks for any items that you plan on selling, as this information varies from product to product and can change over time.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Pokey&Bear shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements. Use of the shop and/or files after any such modifications is your agreement to follow the updated Terms of Use.

These files remain the property of Pokey&Bear and are protected by U.S. and international property laws.
