I guarantee all item are hand made by me, Polka Dot Babe, and that you will love each and every item purchased from my store. My items are all from a smoke free home and have been handmade with the utmost care. My number one priority is making my customers happy with the items they are purchasing. I know how important it is to receive quality products, and I promise that you will find that here in my store.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
All items are sold as is, and I am positive you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase you can return your item within 10 days of receiving for a full refund. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping and handling charges to return the item to me. If the item is returned after the 10 days you will receive an in store credit for the purchase amount, minus the shipping and handling charges.

All buyers are responsible to use any item purchased for the purpose in which is was intended. Polka Dot Babe is not responsible for improper use or handling of product, which results in accidents or injuries. Polka Dot Babe will be held harmless to any misuse of all products made.
Payment
All payments must be made within 5 days of purchase. I will not make your item until it has been paid in full. You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 24-48 hours after your payment has been processed you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations after 48 hours of payment there will be no refund available, but rather an in store credit for the purchase amount.
Shipping
I ship most of my items via USPS Priority mail with free delivery confirmation.
