By placing an order with Polka Dot Designs, you acknowledge that you have read and understand my shop policies and agree to the terms mentioned here. Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms BEFORE placing your order.

I am NOT responsible for lost and damaged packages due to shipping. You can request optional shipping insurance at an extra cost. Every order I send out will have a delivery confirmation number that allows both you and I to track your package(s).
I take photos of all items I ship out for my own records to show the item was sent to you in perfect condition.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay at checkout.
Items MUST be paid in full within 24 hours of purchase.
When making a purchase, please be sure to double check that your shipping address for your Etsy account and on your PayPal account are the same. If the addresses are not the same your order will ALWAYS get shipped to the Etsy address.
If you live in Louisiana, INSIDE of Rapides Parish, a 9% sales tax will be added to your order when you check out with PayPal.
If you live in Louisiana, OUTSIDE of Rapides Parish, a 4% sales tax will be added to your order when you check out with PayPal.

Polka Dot Designs will never ever sell or give your personal information to anyone. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than shipping items or contacting you. Your privacy is important to me.
I make every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate to the actual product color.
I strive to provide high quality products, service and reliable shipping to my customers. However, in the event you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me with your concerns before leaving negative feedback.
