Returns and exchange details
Shirts are printed on demand when you order, therefore returns and exchanges can not be made and sales are final. Please check your size carefully. Thank you!
Custom Graphic Design Orders
If a watermarked proof has been sent to the client, the order is only eligible for a 50% refund.
If the client's final approved files have been emailed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
Once you place your order, communication is key! If I have sent proofs for your review and receive no response whether in Etsy or by e-mail, I can not move forward with your order. I will continue to try to contact you for up to 1 year. If after 1 year I still receive no response, your current version of the logo will be considered the final version and emailed to the address on your order. Your order will then be considered complete and no refunds will be issued.

Turnaround time is based on the amount of changes needed during the design process and the amount of orders I have at that time.
