Returns and exchange details
In each Please ask any questions or for additional photos prior to making the purchase so you know exactly what you will be receiving.
♥ RETURNS:
Please read description and check photos. I work hard to provide you accurate information on each item. But will be happy to send you any additional photos or info if you have any questions. Vintage items are often in "used" condition. It is part of their charm, so please look over photos and any noted imperfections in the descriptions. However, if you receive an item and wish to return it, you may. You are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me and care in packaging as the item must be received back to me in the condition it was sent to you.
- Exchanges: I don't do exchanges because most of my items are one of a kinds, or I only have one of them. Therefore, exchanging for a different size/color isn't an option.
- Cancellations: If you make a purchase and wish to cancel the order, I'll be happy to do so; however, I must receive your request to cancel prior to my purchasing a shipping label / shipping the item. If I've already shipped the item, I can't cancel the order. In this case, when you receive the item, should you decide that you don't want it, please follow the instructions regarding "Returns".

Sorry Texas residents, but the Lone Star state says I need to charge you sales tax.

In order to keep prices lower and our planet greener, I do sometimes use clean recycled boxes.
AUSTIN, TX - local residents are welcome to arrange for a pickup if you don't mind driving to the burbs north of Austin.
* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for VAT, Custom's Fees, Import Taxes or other such import fees.
♥ COMBINED SHIPPING
I will be happy to get you a price for for combined shipping. In may cases, smaller items can be included in a package without any additional shipping charges.
♥ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?:
I aim to get all my boxes sent out within 1-2 days of payment received. (excluding holidays and weekends) I cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for your package to arrive to you once it leaves my hands but do what I can to choose a shipping method that will get you package to you at the lowest cost and quickest way. If quick shipping time is important to you please have me ship Priority or Express, since Parcel Post can take a while.
- In the event of a package being returned to me due to buyer providing wrong address, package not collected, refusal to accept, or similar reason, upon receipt of returned item, the purchase purchase price minus the cost of shipping that had been paid on buyer's behalf will be refunded to buyer and the sale will be cancelled.

*Due to schedule, am not taking any custom orders right now* I frequently get requests for custom orders. It's very important to me to provide good service and a piece of art you will love. I use this as my guide post to whether or not I can do a custom request. It depends on my current schedule and if I feel I can envision and create the piece you are requesting.
